GreenField Ethanol Inc., a company dealing with the manufacture and sale of fuel ethanol and high grade industrial and beverage alcohols, has registered lobbyist Deborah A. Conlon with the provincial registry. Read the original posting to the registry here.

GreenField Ethanol Inc., is funded by the following government agencies:

  • Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Ontario Ethanol Growth Fund), $21,644,068;
  • Sustainable Development Technology Canada, $8,375,000;
  • National Research Council (Industrial Research Assistance Program), awarded, $686,300;
  • Natural Resources Canada (Ethanol Expansion Program and ecoEnergy for Biofuels Program), $23,144,068; and
  • Quebec Ministry of Finance (ethanol tax credits), $805,063;

Conlon will be lobbying the Ministries of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs,Energy and Infrastructure, Finance, Environment, and the Office of the Premier and Cabinet Office regarding provincial energy policy. She will also be lobbying the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs regarding the administration of Ontario Ethanol Growth Fund capital and operating grant agreements.
