Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation applies for a permit to take water

This proposal is for a Permit to Take Water for aesthetic purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) lake to be used for proposed water features within Sherbourne Park and will be discharged back to its original source. Read the original posting on the Environmental Registry here.

Purpose of taking: Aesthetic – Recreational
Maximum rate per minute (Litres): 8400
Maximum number of hours of taking per day: 24
Maximum volume per day (Litres): 12096000
Maximum number of days of taking per year: 365
Length of time: 10 years

You will not receive a formal response to your comment, however, relevant comments received as part of the public participation process for this proposal will be considered by the decision maker for this proposal.
