Windstream Energy Inc. – the company hoping to build wind turbines offshore near Kingston and Wolfe Island – has registered a lobbyist with the provincial government. Stephen J. Andrews of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP will lobby Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, Ministry of Natural Resources regarding “Policies, programs related to off shore wind energy project approvals.” The original registry posting is available here.
