Due to an update in the instrument’s description, this proposal notice is being reposted for another 30 day comment period. The Lafarge Bath Cement has been operating a non-hazardous cement kiln dust landfill since 1975 and has recently filed an amendment to its A710137 cement kiln dust landfill application to incorporate a long term management plan. The plan details the filling plan for the next 14 years and the final closure of the existing landfill site. 31 hectares of contaminant attenuation zone, which is located within the property owned by Lafarge Bath Cement, is also proposed to be added.
