Updated beach results for Northumberland County
JOYCE CASSIN, NORTHUMBERLAND TODAY
August 3rd, 2011

Test results for the remaining beaches in Northumberland County are now in, and they show good results for people who want to take to the water this long weekend.

The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit reports Cedardale and Little Lake in the Brighton area are both ‘OPEN’ for swimming. Also ‘OPEN’ are Crowe Bay Fun Park and Seymour Conservation Area in the Campbellford area.

The information is current for the week of July 25, and is based on the most recent test results from the provincial lab in Peterborough for water samples taken from these beaches.
