St. Catharines Hydro Generation Inc. has submitted a proposal for the construction of a hydroelectric dam across Twelve Mile Creek near downtown St. Catharines, Ontario. LOW submits comment on Proposed Statement of Environmental Values of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure
