Dead ducks haunt oilsands’ reputation

Details of top secret Oshawa waterfront deal to go public in July

OSHAWA -- Details of a confidential agreement between the City and the federal government on the Oshawa waterfront are expected to be released to the public the week of July 12. Senator expresses concern about shipments of radioactive nuclear waste

The Thousand Islands could be at risk when radioactive nuclear waste is shipped through the region in September, says Sen. Bob Runciman. Radioactive shipment raises alarm

Anumber of questions have arisen about Bruce Power's plan to ship 16 radioactive waste steam generators from the Bruce A refurbishment through Owen Sound to Sweden.
