Yoga for Swimmers, Triathletes, and Runners

On Saturday, May 14, join us at the Yoga Sanctuary for a karma class to benefit the Great Lakes Trust. Vivian Wong will lead a 75-minute hatha yoga class that's open to everyone but will be of particular interest to runners, triathletes, and swimmers.

Waterkeeper's Operations Coordinator, Amy Wilford will also give a special introduction!

This class is crafted specifically for swimmers, triathletes, and runners, emphasizing poses to repair and restore aching shoulders and tight hamstrings and hips. The session is free, but donations to the Great Lakes Trust are suggested.
