The Blue Water Project is a 10-year, $50 million initiative that RBC has undertaken globally to protect waterways and ensure sustainability for the future.

Each year on June 2nd, RBC's employees from around the world take part in Blue Water Day – a day that RBC dedicates to celebrating their commitment to water. Employees are invited to clean up their local waterways by doing community clean ups, educating the public, or planting trees in important areas.

This year, Lake Ontario Waterkeeper is thrilled to participate in the celebration! Our Water Literacy Coordinator, Claire Lawson and Communications Coordinator, Ruby Pajares will be available to discuss water issues from around the watershed. All attendees are also invited to contribute their Watermark which will be added to the Watermark Project – a program that exists because of support from RBC's Blue Water Project!

The RBC Blue Water Project is a great supporter of Lake Ontario Waterkeeper and the Swim Drink Fish Community.
